I have officially become a housewife for the next 9 months. chicken and leek pie from a Curtis Stone recipe. There's nothing quite like something savory baking in the oven on an autumn evening. It gets dark early and the anticipation for dinner sets in. The leeks, grain mustard and tarragon are what make it flavorful and comforting. Delicious.
